Rated to hold 845 yards of 50lb braid — approximately 770 metres, the 10500 provides ample line capacity for a range of saltwater fishing applications. PENN's published metric specification is 770m of 0.36mm braid.

This capacity also makes the Spinfisher VII 10500 suitable for drone fishing, providing room for offshore bait placement while retaining a reserve for fighting fish. Whether fishing from the beach, rocks or a boat, the large spool gives you more flexibility when choosing your setup.

Powerful HT-100™ Drag

The HT-100™ carbon fibre drag system delivers up to 22.6kg of maximum drag, providing smooth, controlled resistance when a fish takes line. The drag washers sit within the sealed spool to help protect performance in saltwater conditions.

Rigid Construction and Dependable Gearing

A metal body and sideplate help maintain gear alignment under load, supporting the CNC-machined brass gearing. The 4.2:1 gear ratio delivers steady winding performance, with 108cm of line recovery per handle turn.

Protection Against Saltwater Spray

IPX5 sealing around the body and spool helps protect the gearbox and drag system against water ingress from spray and splashes. An improved line clip secures heavier line and leader between trips, while the reversible handle accommodates left- or right-hand winding.
